• Amount−100 to +100 — Bipolar: negative values lower the pitch (up to -1 octave) with long, smeared grains up to 240 ms; positive values raise it (up to +1 octave) with tighter 25 ms grains; 0 is untouched and the effect is fully wet from ±25

Properties

Input → circular buffer → two crossfading grains (Hann windows, half a cycle apart) read at 2^Amount speed → dry/wet blend → Output. Pitch changes but length does not; grain length scales from 25 to 240 ms.
