Controls

Amount0 to 100 — Crossover frequency below which the side signal is removed: 0 is off, 100 makes everything under 400 Hz mono (exponential 20–400 Hz sweep)

Best uses

Centre the bass on mix and master buses
Fix wide, phasey low end from stereo synths
Vinyl-safe low frequencies
Tighten kick and bass in stereo samples
Keep highs wide while lows stay mono

Properties

Input → M/S split → side signal through a 4th-order low-pass (two Butterworth stages) → low side removed from L/R → Output. Mid and high side content are untouched; zero latency.
