Controls

• Attack Shape−20 to +20 dB — Boosts or softens the first milliseconds of each hit via transient detection
• Body Tone−12 to +12 dB — Bell EQ at 120 Hz for the body of the kick
• Thump−12 to +12 dB — Bell EQ at 55 Hz for the low-end thump
• Click−12 to +12 dB — Bell EQ at 4 kHz for beater click
• Decay50 to 500 ms — Tail time constant after each detected hit; lower values give a shorter, tighter kick (500 ms leaves it nearly untouched)
• Output Gain−12 to +12 dB — Final output level

Best uses

• Add punch and beater click to kick drums
• Tighten boomy kicks by shortening the tail
• Fatten thin kicks with extra thump and body
• Shape sampled 808s and electronic kicks
• Reduce bleed between hits on live kick tracks

Properties

Signal chain: Input → Thump (55 Hz) → Body (120 Hz) → Click (4 kHz) bell EQs → Transient Shaper (fast/slow envelope) → Hit-Triggered Decay (starts after 20 ms) → Output Gain → Output. Linked stereo detection, zero latency.
