Controls

• Depth0 to 24 dB — Maximum reduction per frequency.
• Sharpness0 to 100% — How narrow the peaks it targets are: the spectral envelope is averaged over 2 octaves at 0% down to 1/8 octave at 100%.
• Selectivity0 to 100% — How far a frequency must rise above the envelope before it is reduced (2 to 12 dB).
• Attack1 to 200 ms — How fast the reduction grabs, per FFT frame.
• Release10 to 1000 ms — How fast the reduction lets go.
• Low Freq20 to 2000 Hz — Lowest frequency processed (fades out over half an octave below).
• High Freq1000 to 20000 Hz — Highest frequency processed (fades out over half an octave above).
• ModeSoft / Hard — Soft: 2:1 with a 6 dB knee, easing into Depth. Hard: removes all of the excess, up to Depth.
• DeltaOff / On — Plays only what is removed, to hear what the plugin takes out.
• Mix0 to 100% — Blend between the (latency-aligned) dry and processed signal.

Properties

STFT with 2048-point FFT, 75% overlap and sqrt-Hann windows; both channels in one complex FFT, linked detection on their mean power. Each bin's level is compared with a log-frequency moving average of the spectrum; the excess over the Selectivity threshold sets the reduction (Soft or Hard), smoothed per frame (Attack/Release) and across neighbouring bins, limited to Low–High Freq. Perfect reconstruction when nothing is reduced. Latency: 2047 samples (reported to the host).
