Controls

• Frequency20 to 20000 Hz — Centre frequency of the all-pass filters; frequencies around it are delayed the most
• Amount0 to 64 — Number of all-pass stages (0 to 64); more stages give a longer, more dramatic chirp
• Pinch0 to 100% — Q of the all-passes: low spreads the delay over a wide band, high concentrates it in a narrow, laser-like band
• Mix0 to 100% — Balance between the dry and the dispersed signal; partial mixes add phasey, comb-like colour
• ModeMono / Stereo — Mono runs both channels at Frequency; Stereo moves left down and right up a quarter octave for width

• Tighten and focus kicks by shifting their low-end phase
• Turn snares and claps into laser 'pew' zaps
• Add chirpy, dispersive movement to transients and plucks

Properties

Signal chain: Input → up to 64 identical 2nd-order TPT state-variable all-pass filters per channel → dry/wet Mix → Output. Magnitude stays flat; only the phase and group delay change. Frequency, Pinch, Mix and Mode glide over 20 ms; zero latency.
