Controls

• Transpose−48 to +48 st — Moves every note up or down (-48 to +48 semitones).
• ChannelThru / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 / 15 / 16 — Sends everything on one MIDI channel (1 to 16); Thru keeps each message's own channel.
• Velocity Curve−100 to +100% — Bends the velocity curve: above 0 lifts soft notes, below 0 lowers them.
• Velocity Min1 to 127 — The velocity the softest note becomes (1 to 127).
• Velocity Max1 to 127 — The velocity the hardest note becomes (1 to 127); Min above Max turns the curve upside down.
• Fixed Velocity0 to 127 — Every note plays at this velocity when above 0 (0 = off).
• Key Low0 to 127 — The lowest key that plays; notes below it are dropped (a split).
• Key High0 to 127 — The highest key that plays; notes above it are dropped.
• Velocity Low1 to 127 — The softest velocity that plays; softer notes are dropped (a velocity layer).
• Velocity High1 to 127 — The hardest velocity that plays; harder notes are dropped.
• CCPass / Block — Pass or block controllers (all notes off always passes).
• Pitch BendPass / Block — Pass or block pitch bend.
• AftertouchPass / Block — Pass or block channel and polyphonic aftertouch.
• Program ChangePass / Block — Pass or block program changes.

Best uses

• Keyboard splits and layers across two instruments
• Taming or boosting a keyboard's velocity response
• Transposing a part without touching the notes
• Cleaning controller and aftertouch data from a performance

Properties

A MIDI effect; the audio passes through. Every note-on remembers the key that made it, so the key's note-off always ends exactly that note, even when the settings change while it is held; a new Channel releases every held key. Notes shared by two keys start again and end with the last one.
